Security
Security at BriefMeet
BriefMeet is built around private authenticated workspaces for recordings, transcripts, captions, and AI meeting notes.
Private workspace
Your dashboard and transcript details require authentication. Public visitors cannot browse private transcript records.
Per-account file access
Media records are tied to account ownership, and app routes check authentication before loading private files.
HTTPS in transit
Production deployments should serve BriefMeet over HTTPS so uploads, login, and app traffic are protected in transit.
Session invalidation
Password reset and password change invalidate existing cookies so old sessions are rejected.
User-controlled deletion
Users can delete uploaded media items from the dashboard when they no longer need them.
Admin access policy
Administrator access is limited to operational needs such as support, abuse prevention, plan management, and system review.
Responsible Use
Only upload recordings you are allowed to process. If a recording includes other people, make sure you have the rights, consent, or legal basis required for transcription and AI analysis.
